A personal study in cultural subversion. In Hawaii and the Philippines, the Marrungay (Malunggay) is a humble backyard staple—celebrated for its utility, but rarely its aesthetics. This concept reimagines the spindly, resilient plant as something sophisticated, elevating a symbol of Filipino heritage into a high-end interior wallcovering.
